Frequently asked questions
Can I change my plan at any time?›
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro whenever you want. If you're on Pro and want to downgrade, the change takes effect when your current period ends.
What payment methods do you accept?›
We accept online payments via Stripe (credit/debit card and other European methods) and bank transfer (IBAN). With Stripe, activation is immediate upon payment confirmation.
Is there a long-term commitment?›
No. You can cancel at any time. The annual Pro plan has no pro-rated refund, but you can keep using the service until it expires.
What happens if I exceed the Free plan limits?›
We'll notify you when you're approaching the limits. Once reached, new appointments or services will be disabled until you upgrade to Pro.
Do prices vary by country?›
Yes. We automatically detect your location and display the price in your local currency: euros (EUR) for EU countries, or dollars (USD) for the rest. You can change the currency manually using the selector.
